Jack the Ripper is famous for terrorizing the streets of London. However, there is more than one famous killer from the United Kingdom. It seems like every neighborhood or county has a famous killing, and Murder Maps proves it!

Let’s Adventure with Magmell!

Need a new show?

How about a fantasy adventure?

Then I suggest you pull up your Netflix and binge Gunjo no Magmell.

The synopsis is simple. A new era of exploration begins with the sudden appearance of a new continent known as Magmell. Magmell’s vast trove of never-before-seen natural resources spurs on the exploration of its vast landscape. However, the unknown is not always docile. In order to sustain the expeditions, people known as “anglers” specialize in dealing with Magmell’s dangerous wildlife. One such angler is the highly-skilled and experienced Inyou, who performs search and rescue operations for clients with the help of his assistant, Zero.

Cold Case Files: Justice Found Years Later

Cold Case Files is a series built around the re-examination of long-unsolved crimes and the journeys of law enforcement personnel who reopened them. If you love true crime then you will love this show. I finished it in a week on one of my Netflix binges. It embodies the way investigations unravel with witnesses, new information, and science helping lead detectives in new directions. Directions that lead to the conviction of the perpetrators of those crimes. Crimes that had previously been unsolved for many years. The conviction of these criminals give the family the closure they seek and the community of the victims find peace at long last.

Confessions of a Popaholic: Dr. Pimple Popper

So I have to make a confession …
I am a self diagnosed Popaholic.

A popaholic is someone who gets pleasure from the removal of acne, cyst, and other items from under the skin. Sounds gross if you are not one but if you are I have to let you know that you are not alone.

New Season of Great British Baking Show = New Bakes, New Challenges, New Episodes

Back in 2018, I questioned if Great British Baking Show would survive not only the change in cast but keeping the show fresh. I am happy to announce that Paul and Prue are back in a new season on Netflix. Sandy and Noel are MC-ing it all and 13 more bakers are in the tent. There is currently 6 episodes of the new season have been released for your viewing pleasure. I have the dates of the for the release of each episode marked on my calendar because I am at the edge of my seating waiting for each episode. I love it because the show is my little ray of sunshine on Fridays that offer some easy-going entertainment without the intensity of American competition shows.

10 Reasons to Binge NCIS This Weekend

I love a good crime/cop show. Who doesn’t? But there are many different cop shows out there. However, there is one show that I keep going back to because it is one of the best cop shows out there. What show is it? Good question. It is NCIS: Navy Criminal Investigative Service. If you have no idea what I am talking about, then I suggest reading on to see why you should binge NCIS.

Why Watch Sugar Rush Today?

I always love competitive cooking shows. Iron Chef? I have every episode memorized. Cake Wars? Masters in the making. Netflix came out with a new version of competitive cooking show. It is called Sugar Rush. The concept of the show is for teams of bakers teams racing against the clock to bake the best-tasting sweets. Any time the can save will compound on to the allowed time for the final challenge. Each episodes is themed around a central idea such as fashion or science. They have two regular judges and one special judge that is knowledgable in the theme. The host helps bakers keep tract of time and progress of each contesting team.

The Chef’s Line: Restaurant Chefs vs. Home Cooks

I am a big TV watcher and a big foodie. So the shows that you can typically find me watching are cooking shows or food competition shows. It is a staple of late night watching or late Sundays mornings. I have watched so many that I find myself talking to the TV about what I would have done and/or correcting the competitors. I mean it looks easy enough on my TV screen. I think anyone in my family could give those guys a run for their money especially in something we do everyday. Well, Netflix decided to test home cooks against top restaurant chefs in Australia.

Golden View Open Bar: Go for the View, Stay for the Food & Wine

Above the soft lulls of the river in Florence, there is a restaurant near Pointe Vecchio that has the most beautiful views of the river front. They have aptly named this restaurant and bar, Golden View Open Bar. If you have a dining table by the massive windows then you will be stunned by the setting sun and twinkling lights of the city. You can watch the steady stream of tourist and locals meander over the bridges that connect each river side to each other. The whole atmosphere is of peace and tranquility. I see why this was a strong recommendation from Giada De Laurentis. Now onto the food!
